Nestled on the shores of the wonderful pebble beach in the beautiful Milton of Culloden, close to the historic Culloden battlefield and visitor centre. This is the perfect location for all lovers of the outdoors, and fishermen will be delighted with sea fishing on the Inverness Firth and salmon and trout fishing on the River Ness available close at hand. Golf enthusiasts are also well catered for with an array of courses within easy reach including Inverness, Loch Ness, Castle Stuart, Fort Augustus, Aigas and Boat of Garten. Located to the east of the Highlands capital of Inverness with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities or enjoy a trip to the world famous Loch Ness.

Entering the property into the spacious hallway, you will find a spacious king-size bedroom with double sofa bed and TV. Leading through the hallway you are met with the bathroom with beautiful roll-top bath, separate shower and WC. Next door you will find the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and door which leads out into the garden. Head back through the hallway into the beautiful light and bright spacious kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with electric range oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and impressive large glass dining table with lovely high back chairs. Go down a small flight of stairs into the splendid lounge with wood burner (logs included), TV/DVD, wonderful floor to ceiling glass windows enjoying spectacular sea views and French doors providing access out to the garden. Back through the hallway you find a quirky bunk bedroom with TV/DVD. Then you will find a lovely double bedroom with TV/DVD, followed by two beautiful spacious king-size bedrooms both with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Venturing outside you will find the beautifully presented spacious mature gardens perfect for children and dogs, with a lovely Hydrotherapy hot tub, patio with seating area and BBQ hut with charcoal BBQ and seating area, ideal for al fresco dining. There is direct access though a secure gate from the garden on to the beautiful pebble beach.

This house was breathtaking and everything we dreamed of. We were a group of 9 female family members celebrating my little sister being engaged. The view is stunning, the hot tub is fantastic! The equipment was 10/10 and location was perfect. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Absolutely fantastic property. Very well equipped, the hot tub and bbq hut were a great addition but the cottage itself was beautifully decorated and very cosy. wonderful for a large group. Plenty of plates glasses etc and everything you could need for a great stay. The large garden with access to a very quiet beach was wonderful too.

Perfect cottage in the perfect location. Such a relaxing holiday with everything you could need. The Summer House & Hot Tub are such a bonus. Lots of places to visit with an hour.. Castles / Beaches / Monuments etc... There is a very large Tesco & Retail Park just five minutes drive away

Fantastic week at a wonderful house. Can thoroughly recommend. Lots of room for the 8 of us. Location by the Firth was great. Plenty room on the sweeping lawn for the children to play. Made great use of the hot tub. Barbecue pit would be great in winter but not too good on a warm summers day. Maybe a barbecue on the patio in summer? The views from the cottage over the Moray Firth are fantastic we enjoyed wonderful sunsets from the hot tub. This is a great location, with local supermarkets, pubs and eateries, but just a short drive from some of the most dramatic destinations that the Cairngorms and Highlands have to offer. We had a great time here over Christmas. It had everything we needed for 6 adults, 3 young children and 2 babies. There was plenty of room, especially the living area. It was very well equipped and the very helpful owner would have sourced anything else required. Its in a great location near shops etc and the setting is stunning: we enjoyed walks oRead moren the beach and taking in the view from the hot tub. We had a lovely stay at Pebble Beach for a family 70th Birthday weekend getaway. Very spacious, photos dont show how spacious it actually is & has everything you need. However We felt the house was too warm to our liking, we were unable to adjust it & the hot water availability is not sufficient for multiple people showering as its a tank system. Would highly recommend this lovely property in a very special location. All furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. A big dining kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots pans etc. Garden has direct access to the beach which was perfect for our dog walks. Hot tub is in a magical spot with amazing views. Great location and accommodation. Having the hot tub and bbq enclosure were a bonus with couple of the cooler evenings. Whole family was there, five adults plus two grandchildren and dog. All enjoyed it very much and worked really well for us.

Cottage is brilliant! We were a party of 10 + baby and dog. Its so spacious even at full capacity. The cottage is very well equipped - in particular the kitchen. We liked how it felt so rural but we had a city just a couple of miles away and a retail park even closer. The property was stunning. Sitting in the hot-tub watching the seals and the sunset was just sublime. The location is perfect. From a practical note, the kitchen was one of the best kitted out Ive come across. Everything was thought of. Great for the cooks throwing together the evening feasts.
