This stylish property is located in the village of Combe Martin, just a few steps away from the pretty harbour and the sheltered sandy bay. The village itself has a welcoming pub, as well as post office, bakery, and convenience store. Just a few miles around the coast is the town of Ilfracombe, a popular destination for visitors to the area thanks to its stunning Tunnels Beaches, interesting aquarium, range of shops, and choice of well-regarded restaurants. For those who like nothing more than spending their holiday relaxing on the beach, this area is a real treat, with numerous sandy beaches within easy reach including those at Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton Sands.

This five-star detached bungalow makes for a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends. Walking up the wide external steps which lead to the front door, guests will immediately appreciate the elevated position which provides the property fantastic sea views. These views can be enjoyed from the beautifully styled lounge, where inviting sofas sit opposite one another, allowing guests to cosy-up in front of the gas fire and the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner has been finished in the same elegant style as the lounge and is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The property has three bedrooms, all of which are decorated in a tasteful, understated style, creating restful, sanctuary-like spaces. The first of these is a king-size room, whilst there is also a dual-aspect double room, and a cosy twin. The shower room has a shower and WC, and there is also a second separate WC.

Outside, the property enjoys two separate garden areas. The first of these is a fantastic elevated decked area to the front of the property, offering stunning sea views from the table and chairs. To the rear of the property, a second decked terrace is a generously-sized space with comfortable garden furniture, which opens onto a shingled area beyond.

The property internally is looking tired ie the sofas require a refurb and springing is not good, Externally the outside furniture is most uncomfortable and the seating too low for the table, a parasol would enhance. The property is advertised as dog friendly but is not. The rear is all paved with a flight of steps which require pressure washing. TRead morehe front garden is not fenced off nor the front patio. The approach is very steep with many steps which needs to be mentioned in the details. Hide

Fantastic stay , location great as we brought our kayaks to use and was an easy walk with them to the beach. Beautifully decorated and with all the amenities you could want for 6 people. Sitting on the raised front patio watching the bay in the sun was so relaxing. Will definitely use this house again.

A beautifully decorated and equipped bungalow in a lovely little town which we found not too busy . The views from the front window are lovely ..across the valley to woodland and to the right the bay . The town of Combe Martin lends easy access to all the local beaches and some spectacular walk ..Heddon valley being one of our favourites . Gulls Way is a lovely comfortable, warm and cosy home. It is very clean and everything is provided that you would need. The beds are comfortable and it has a very good shower. We had a lovely week away despite the terrible weather that we had and the views from the windows are lovely. North Devon is a beautiful area, unfortunately, many of the cafeRead mores, shops and pubs were not open during our stay which did limit the things we could do so is worth considering when booking during the winter months Hide

A really lovely house in a perfect location. In winter unfortunately very few pubs and coffee shops are open, so be prepared fort a bit of a walk, but we had an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay.

Gulls Way provided a wonderful holiday - quiet location with great views - the accommodation itself had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable we had THE best nights sleep lulled by the sounds of the sea. Such a beautiful spacious home in a perfect location just steps to the beach, coastal walks and local amenities, cafes etc. Amazing views. We were lucky enough to have a good week of sunshine. The house was very clean & some lovely scones were left on arrival. Just one main point the bedroom off the kitchen is small, especially for two 12 year oldsRead more. Really comfortable bungalow, with lovely view of the sea bay from the lounge. Very clean and well equipped cottage, right on the sea front and very close to a selection of shops in village. Lovely location near beach for rock pooling and some lovely walks. Lovely furnished bungalow with amazing front window overlooking the water. Shame that although Feb half term, the local shops and pubs are not open. Nowhere to eat unless a weekend.

Cottage was everything we wanted. Some might think the steps going up to the property a bit awkward. But I have PD and I managed ok lovely & clean very comfotable beds and plenty of room to feel comfy
