Set in a secluded spot, this lovely cottage makes a wonderfully relaxing retreat for couples exploring the stunning Seven Bays area of North Cornwall. Just a couple of miles from some gorgeous beaches, including Trevone Bay and St George’s Cove, this stylishly furnished property offers cosy accommodation for two guests. The bustling harbour town of Padstow is just 1.5 miles away, with some great places to eat and drink and plenty of opportunities for water sports, fishing and boat trips. This is a fantastic region for keen walkers and cyclists, with stunning cliff-top paths along the Trevose Headland, and the spellbinding Camel Trail leading inland to the historic market town of Bodmin 15 miles away.

On entering this cottage, you will find the pretty open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which makes an ideal space to unwind in at the end of a great day. Over by the patio doors allowing plenty of light in, and with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the lounge is perfect for snuggling up to chat about the day or watch a movie. There’s a handy central breakfast bar, and the stylishly designed kitchen has a wealth of equipment so you can rustle up all your favourite dishes. Stairs lead up and directly into the tastefully decorated first-floor double bedroom. Featuring plenty of storage space and skylights set in a low, sloping ceiling, the bedroom also has the benefit of its own en-suite shower room.

Stepping outside, there’s an enclosed front garden with outdoor furniture, providing a charming spot for dining alfresco. To the back of the property, an enclosed courtyard is shared with the other properties on site and makes a charming space to sit out and enjoy a glass or two of wine in the evening.

We absolutely loved our stay at Happy Days the accommodation is excellent and felt like a home from home as it is so well equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for visiting the south and north coast. We would most definitely like to return and highly recommend this property. Thank you for having us :-)

This is a great place to stay for access to Padstow and the surrounding area. Whilst a small space it feels very roomy and is well equipped. Enjoyed walking into Padstow and Rock. We've just returned back from a lovely stay at Happy Days in Padstow (my husband and I and our 5 month old girl). Firstly, the location is very close to the Padstow. It is walking distance for most, but there are areas of no pavement, so we were not able to walk with our pram, but it's very close by regardless. The place was very quiet and we hadRead more no noise at all coming from either side. The house is beautifully presented, light and airy and very comfortable. It was very clean too - the only very minor thing was several flies where I assume windows had been left open because once we got them out, none returned. There is plenty of cooking and cleaning equipment, a great oven, microwave, hob, kettle etc., so staying in is nice and easy. The bedroom was really clean and comfortable with a modern ensuite with a great shower - the rainforest shower head option was very much appreciated! Overall, we would love to come back in a couple of years to revisit - an amazing first holiday for a family with a new addition. Hide

Lovely little cottage for two. Had everything needed for a great stay accommodation was of a high standard and great location to visit the area. Could walk into Padstow about 20 minutes walk. We would definitely book this property again and look forward to staying again soon.

This was our third visit to Happy Days and we will be returning again next year. Cornwall holds lots of memories for us both, so being able to stay in a beautiful cottage such as Happy Days makes the experience even more special. Lovely cottage, quiet, great for couples, comfortable, really well equipped and a nice 20 minute walk into the centre of Padstow. Take a torch for walking back at night and be careful of the step inside the cottage when arriving in the dark.

This is an ideal situated property. For those that are able it is a nice walk into Padtow about 20 mins, although up hill coming back. Saving you money on parking. On the way back and about 5 mins from the property is a Tesco, so doing your shopping on the way back. So close and handy to Padstow but handy to driving to other places.

Great house in a great location. Walk into Padstow in 15minutes. Left the car a couple of days to walk into Padstow. Great food places nearby. House had everything we needed and in a peaceful setting. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! The cottage Happy Days was so comfortable, very relaxing and very well equipped with everything you would need. Very clean and very quiet - place was peaceful. So close to walk to Padstow, near petrol station and supermarket. Will defo. come again and recommend to friends and family.
