Just a few steps away from Weymouth’s famous beach, this apartment is an excellent town base with all the local amenities on the doorstep. It’s a great bolthole for a couple seeking a fabulous getaway. Weymouth is brimming with pubs, shops and restaurants, but its beach is its main attraction where an elegant Georgian esplanade overlooks a great swathe of sand, with fantastic views along the Jurassic Coast. Weymouth also offers many other hidden gems along the coastline including; Sandsfoot beach, Overcombe beach, Sandsfoot castle, and Ringstead beach to name a few. Portland is just a few miles away , a great place to visit the famous Portland Bill Lighthouse, be sure to stop off at the beach bar before you cross the water.

This super one-bed apartment is arranged over two floors. A fantastic light , airy lounge / diner has a fabulous sash window to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Weymouth town beneath. The kitchen is modern and light , with everything you need. The large double bedroom,light and airy with ensuite is just up the flight of stairs. 3 by the Sea is the perfect place for relaxing after a day exploring the Dorset coast and countryside.

The property is accessed via a shared hallway and four small flights of stairs. 

Whilst there is no dedicated outside space, shutters and glazed French doors open to a Juliet balcony with views to the street, beach and coastline. And, with the beach so close by, the whole of Weymouth is your playground for the week.

The booking states no flexibility on checking in and out times, yet we arrived 45 minutes after checking in time and the cleaner was still there and the work ongoing. SHOCKING. Pillows cheap and nasty. Industrial noisy road week days so couldn't open bedroom patio doors, could have done with a fan as extremely hot

Lovely apartment. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable throughout, from furnishing, decoration and equipment provided including coffee machine with pods and cream and loved the quirky layout. Fantastic location, lots of local brochures available for ideas on how to spend your time there. The bed was very comfortable and the homely touch ofRead more a wall mounted TV - not that we watched it in the bedroom, and loved the balcony too. Lots of bars and places to eat out, visited the local cinema. This little gem is ideally located in the heart of Weymouth, perfect for our holiday with the added bonus of having a parking permit. There are a lots of stairs which could be a challenge for some people so I would recommend that people look at the virtual view of the apartment to check the layout of the place prior to booking. Location perfect, right in the centre for beach, shops and restaurants. Accommodation clean modern and comfortable and the parking permit was an absolute must. All in all an excellent seaside break .

The apartment was comfortable, clean and ideally located. We visited Poole, Lyme Regis and West Bay, all by bus and didn't need to use the car during our stay. Weymouth has a beautiful beach and the old harbour area is very attractive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
