Loved the location and the loft, so cosy and clean. We did a lot of walking using OS maps but unfortunately the paths couldnt be seen, fell in a peat bog but just got up and laughed it off

This is a fantastic little cottage. The cottage itself is furnished to a high standard and was very clean and comfortable. Theres no view from the cottage itself but the views from the communal areas make up for it, stunning all around, from wide flat moors to Scafell Pike. The cottage is a great location for walking with many routes straight from Read morethe door and is close to places like Wast Water, Windermere and Ambleside. Hide
