Fabulous location, warm and cosy cottage. Brilliant dog walks. Abergavenny is a lovely town for a stroll round- we went to The Grofield for Sunday lunch which was great, staff are very friendly and you can take your dog. We have already booked for next year!

Lovely position by canal. Place can be a bit chilly downstairs. Beds lovely and bathrooms good if water has been left on to heat!

Lovely house in a beautiful location. Really comfortable and well equiped - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas (having a tree and some decorations was a really nice touch). Wood burner and a plentiful supply of wood was welcomed. Great access to walks and nearby sights. Would definately consider booking again.

A really nice cottage in a great location for exploring the area. Just 30 minutes from the motorway but still peaceful. All the rooms are well-looked after with everything that you'd need. The owners have thoughtfully provided plenty of information to help you get the most out of the area. The garden is great for relaxing in the sun and watching thRead moree sheep and the boats. Lovely canal running past the garden for a gentle evening stroll. A few decent breweries and a vineyard nearby too! Hide

The whole experience was a joy! The cottage was so beautiful and in such a wonderful location, we honestly could not have asked for anything more. It was also lovely to meet the owner, Elizabeth who was kind enough to let us look around her glorious garden. We will definitely be booking again!
