Whether you enjoy the coastal breeze or rolling countryside, this romantic getaway allows you to get stuck into an abundance of picturesque walking routes including the Dartmoor National Park or even the renowned South West Coast Path – both are under 18 miles from the property. Also nearby you can enjoy the sandy beaches at Bude or explore the historic sites of Tintagel. The converted studio apartment is situated just off a working farm where you can also indulge in a spot of fishing beside the River Inny, one of the top-secret fishing spots in Cornwall.

Walk in the front door which is situated alongside the patio; you will immediately enter into the airy open-plan studio which has been converted with a fresh interior in mind. On your right-hand side, you have the kitchen area which has everything you need to prepare a meal including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Opposite the kitchen and to your left-hand side is the living area complete with two comfortable, reclining swivel chairs and a Smart TV, creating a warming spot to cosy up into the evening with a movie. This home has the added benefit of allowing you to fold the double bed up and down with ease, providing you with more living space throughout the day. Lastly, to the right side of the bedroom area is the shower room, complete with a shower and a WC.

Making your way outside, you have a lovely patio area that is shared with the upper-floor studio apartment. You can enjoy the stunning views running across the valley, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and admire the peaceful countryside surroundings. Enjoy free fishing on site, within the owner's land.

I thought the property was excellent for me in a nice quiet location just what I needed to relax and visit Devon and Cornwall

Lovely place to stay, great facilities very clean, comfortable bed and good shower. Location is wonderful. Will definitely be staying again.

We had a very enjoyable stay along with our two dogs. The accommodation was modern and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and great shower room. There was a large screen smart tv so we could watch Netflix, YouTube etc and Wi-Fi was provided. Ample parking was provided too.
