The rugged landscape will delight walkers of all abilities, whether you are feeling energetic enough to tackle majestic giants such as Skiddaw 6.5 miles away, or would prefer to take a gentle stroll around the shores of Derwentwater from the marina 3 miles away. There are plenty of cycle paths of varying difficulty, and you’ll have a choice of two golf courses within 11 miles.

Enter via the rear door from the parking space and follow the shared hallway to reach the stairs or lift, accessing the property by descending down to the basement. Inside, you’ll immediately be greeted by the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First is a double with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom that features a shower over the bath and a WC. Next, the twin bedroom has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two single beds. Completing this floor is a handy shower room with a WC and walk-in shower. Upstairs on the ground floor level is the open-plan living space where you’ll spend much of your time relaxing and dining, appreciating the views across the car park towards Skiddaw in the distance from the rear and St Johns church from the front. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Due to the location of the property, there isn’t a dedicated outside space, but the shops and pub are within a 0.5-mile walk. Parking is available in the private car park.

Lovely cottage a perfect short walk from shops and restaurants. Cottage was equipped with everything you need. dishwasher and washing machine were an added bonus. Notably the bedrooms are downstairs and the main bedroom has a window directly onto a wall which is a small shaft upto streetlevel.

Brilliant location. A short walk from town. A cute little cottage ideal for a small family or 2 couples. Comfortable beds and comfortable seating. Clean and very nicely decorated throughout.

Great location in Keswick. Car parking is available but very tight. Upside down arrangement with bedrooms in the basement and living spaces the ground floor. TIP. Park your car on the road in front for a few minuites to unload. It is easier. Double bed footboard is level with top of mattress and can be uncomfortable of feet if you are tall (I am 1.Read more86m) and your feet tend to stick out. Place was very clean and we would return. Awesome apartment to stay in. Fab location, comfortable, great facilities. In somewhere as muddy as the walks around Keswick the washer/dryer is most welcome. And the dishwasher is a great asset.

A comfortable apartment in the heart of Keswick, great for walking directly from or driving from to the hills, The distance to the closest pub/restaurant /cafe is shorter than the length of the high street ! So no driving is required.

Church View has a quiet and convenient location. It's clean and fully equipped with quality kitchen dinnerware and appliances. It was nice having a dual washer and dryer. The owners are prompt with any issues and Sally's Cottages provide excellent customer service! A great apartment in a very central location, within easy walking distance of the town centre. Plenty of space for a family or 4 adults. But worth nothing there are quite a few stairs between the two floors, for anyone with lower mobility.

We had a great time in this ground floor flat within easy walking distance of the town. It had nearly everything we needed although it would benefit from a table and chairs in the front garden to enjoy when the weather is fine. There was a parking space but we found it extremely tight.

A really lovely property and very handy for the town and lake. Good facilities, very light, airy and warm. Bedrooms very quiet, Great cafe called Chinty's just down from the flat with lovely homemade food and a warm welcome. Can't wait to stay there again.

This Apartment was great near to the centre of Keswick so everything is on the door step. In the apartment there was everything we needed. Clean and well thought out the layout of the apartment is a bit strange at first going to the bedrooms in the basement but its good having the view out of the window.
