When you arrive to the ground floor apartment, park in the allocated parking bay and step into the hallway. Straight away you feel at home with the fresh neutral decor and nautical touches around. The separate fitted kitchen is clean and modern with plenty of cupboard space and usual essentials, including electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Enjoy some breakfast at the breakfast bar and think of the day’s adventures. The shower room leads off the kitchen where you can start the day with a nice warm shower there is another door from the kitchen that leads out to a private patio area, a lovely spot to sit and relax after a day on the beach or exploring the Yorkshire coastline. Head into the lounge with plenty of comfy seating, including a double sofa-bed for the additional guests. There is a Smart TV with full Sky package, Netflix and also a DVD player, so if it’s a movie you want, you'll have a good choice. Alternatively, set up a board game and enjoy a games night. The glass dining table is perfectly placed with a window overlooking the front garden. When it’s time for bed, the first bedroom has a king-size bed with views out to the patio area and a wall mounted TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children and adults, it also has a TV.
To the rear is an enclosed yard with gate to access the cliff tops behind the property, complete with picnic bench ideal for dining alfresco and table and chairs to sit with a cuppa and enjoy some sunshine. There are two allocated off-road parking spaces outside the property.
