There are also miles of bike trails, or you could discover picturesque towns and villages including Rosedale Abbey (13.5 miles), Danby (17 miles) and, on the coast, Robin Hood's Bay (12.5 miles).

You are also welcome to explore the paths through the owner's private estate.
