The peaceful hamlet of Conderton with its picturesque mix of honey coloured stone and thatched roofs enjoys an enviable location on the southern side of Bredon Hill. The property is situated on Overbury Estate, a part family owned agricultural estate covering 1,565 hectares where you can explore miles of unspoilt farmland, served by a network of footpaths and bridleways that many people fall in love with. Also a great base with access to Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, and the ancient Saxon town of Winchcombe where you will find Sudeley Castle. There is racing at Cheltenham and Stratford on Avon, and the The Prescott Hill climb which holds motoring event or a little closer to home visit Toff's Pottery , Beckford Silk and Teddington Store where you will find some fantastic local produce to enjoy during your stay.

After a taking in the beauty of this peaceful hamlet a warm welcome awaits you in the hallway with its traditional bench, washing machine and ample space for coats and boots. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with French doors bringing in the light and the exposed beams complimenting the contemporary design of the property, it is a perfect space for couples to relax, with a comfy sofa and the Smart TV which are inviting for a cosy evening in. The kitchen is well-equipped with a combined electric oven/microwave, electric hob and fridge/freezer. The dining area is set neatly to side with seating for four if you wish to have friends to supper. When the day is done you will find a good sized bedroom with garden views, king-size bed and wardrobe with hanging space. The en-suite shower room has a large double shower cubicle and WC.

The self contained garden located next to the property is just perfect to watch village life go by, with a table and chairs and with a lawned area and low stone wall giving a view across the village.  The property also benefits from a balcony from the reception room with table and chairs and steps leading to a private fenced garden. There is off-road parking for one car.

Really great place to stay, very comfortable with everything you need. Nicky and Giles are wonderful and go the extra mile to ensure your holiday is enjoyable. We've been a few times and absolutely love it.

We had a lovely stay at Hoglets Cottage. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding soft. The kitchen has everything you could want to make a meal (we only did breakfast as The Yew Tree pub was walking distance so evenings were spent there). We had a lovely stay at Hoglets, it's a great cottage and the enclosed garden was perfect for our whippet. The location is great with walks from the doorstep and an excellent pub a stones throw away. We will definitely be returning to Hoglets.

Hoglets was a gorgeous comfortable clean cosy cottage. The hosts Giles & Nicky were very helpful & knowledgeable about the area which was very useful. The Yew Tree pub was within walking distance the food was fantastic, and we were as staying at Hoglets got 20% off the bill! What a bonus & we had an amazing time.

Hoglets is one of the best cottages we have stayed at. The owners were friendly and helpful, the cottage is pretty and very comfortable. We found everything we needed there. Best of all was to find that the "enclosed area" is a fully fenced little garden which is completely dog safe. It also has grass, flowers and decking where we could sit out in Read morethe sun. Nicky and Giles are excellent hosts and Hoglets is a delight. It is well equipped, comfortable and it was welcoming for us and our Jack Russell, Rosie. The information folder is packed with information and there are many walks from the cottage. There is a good bus service from Conderton to Evesham and Tewkesbury with stops just a short walk from HoRead moreglets. Tewkesbury Abbey welcomes dogs and is worth a visit. This is a great base for a stay. The Yew Tree gives 20% discount for Hoglet guests. Hide

A great place to stay, with plenty of walks right on the doorstep. The pub (almost next door) was very friendly and served decent food with good ale and cider. As for the property itself, it had everything we could have needed and was an ideal size for us, along with our dog. The little garden and patio is a bonus.

Lovely little retreat for two people. Very well equipped cottage,min a super location. We had a lovely short break with our greyhound. The owners of the cottage were very friendly and approachable.

This was our second stay at Hoglets and we'll definitely be back again. The place is a calm oasis, with lots of lovely walks in the immediate vicinity. The local pub is literally next door and you'll get 20% off your food if you let them know you are staying at Hoglets. All in all we find it a great place to base yourself if visiting The Cotswolds Read moreas you are only about 30 minutes from Cheltenham, Worcester and Stratford upon Avon Hide

A lovely cottage, in a beautiful location. A nice outside space for our dog to play. Lovely friendly local pub, serving good food. Plenty of local walks from cottage and all local attractions in the Cotswolds a short drive away. Will definitely be back, hopefully with some better weather.
