The perfect choice for beach lovers as the sandy stretches of Woolacombe are close by with Croyde and Saunton just a few miles away. After a day in the surf, head to nearby Ilfracombe to dine in the quayside restaurants or browse the independent shops. Not only is this area a surfer’s paradise, but it also offers spectacular walks and cycle routes along the famous South West Coast Path, Tarka Trail and through Exmoor National Park. During your stay, the other local attractions of Watermouth Castle, Lynton Cliff Railway and National Trust Arlington Court are all well worth a visit.

This apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a flight of external steps. Upon entering, you will walk into the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with TV/DVD and bi-folding doors to balcony where you can relax on the garden furniture and enjoy the stunning sea views or why not cook up a storm in the kitchen? With electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher. The separate WC also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Leaving the open-plan living area you will find three bedrooms. 1 king-size enjoying stunning views and with an en-suite shower and WC, another king-size room (can be made into a twin on request) with TV and en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with small bath, shower and WC, and there is  also a double room with a small sized double bed, also with access to Jack and Jill bathroom.

Outside you will find an enclosed balcony with seating and private hot tub from where you can enjoy beautiful sea views.

What a fabulous location and apartment! The views were incredible, especially from the hot tub. Great parking facilities and fully equipped kitchen. It was a nice touch to have milk and tea available and the fudge was very much appreciated! Would highly recommend the accommodation and wouldnt hesitate to return

I really lovely apartment with lovely size rooms and a well equipped kitchen, and decent size lounge area. The hot tub and outdoor space were really great with fanatic views over Woolacombe and the sea. We stayed as a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Theres lots to do in and around Woolacombe, although the hill back up to the property is quite aRead more trek after a day on the beach for tired legs. We didnt use the barbecue because it was just a small round one with no charcoal provided. Hide

We arrived to find the house spotless. The location is stunning . One of the best we have ever had in Devon . Plenty of space for three couples , plenty of towels . We had one issue with the hotub but that was quickly resolved . Extremely comfortable beds . We will definitely be returning . 10:10

A lovely apartment, clean and spacious. Bedrooms were lovely, showwrs and bath were clean, shower in main bedroom was lovely. Hot tub was lush and clean Not far from beach and food places, walking distance. Highly recommemd this apartment.
