Beautiful place in a wonderful location for exploring North Devon. Lovely thoughtful touches and welcome basket. Vincent (the dog) loved being able to run free in the fields. We both loved our stay and are hoping to come back next year

Perfect and stylish with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Big fields nearby for well behaved dogs to run around in. Really loved the quiet location. The owners of the cottage were lovely and helpful, especially when we needed driving directions!)

We loved the cottage, big comfy sofas and bed. Shower was brilliant, and lovely fluffy towels were provided. Also dogs well looked after, with nice towels and bowls, provided.

Lovely stylish comfortable property, everything has been done to a high standard, the bed was so comfortable, that we slept in every morning. The dog had a wonderful time in the fields and she also slept in every morning. A relaxing weeks break.

We had our 2 setters with us on holiday, The Workshop and garden were perfect to allow them worry free freedom. The surrounding fields to walk in were beautiful. We had an amazing time in this wonderful cottage. The bed was super comfy and the bedding was stunning, wish I knew where to buy the same duvet cover! The owner was really helpful. The hamper of goodies was wonderful. We had a huge sofa each to relax on in the evenings and the shower was awesome! Great property, great location and superb owners. The property is done out really well, nice enclosed garden and all very clean. Nice and quiet location, lots of lovely unspoilt countryside. The owners are brilliant, helpful and handy if required, great communications.

Booked last minute for my partners 30th birthday which falls on NYE and couldnt believe our luck with this little beauty. The barn was very modern and clean - great smart TV with all of the accessories in the kitchen that you could require and I cant not mention the AMAZING shower. What a wonderful few days we had in the Old Workshop. The studio is large, very nicely furnished and the underfloor heating is excellent (December and it was super-cosy!). The garden is private and dog-proofed. The location is sort of central North Devon, so lots of great days out close by. A wonderful place to stay in the winter for work or play. It is spacious, warm and has a lovely atmosphere, especially with the wood-burning stove in the evenings. This is a great cottage, tucked out of the way but not a million miles away from some lovely North Devon villages and towns. The field was a huge bonus for exercising the dogs first thing in the morning. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a very peaceful time away in the workshop. It was lovely and warm so we didnt need to light the log burner. The welcome hamper was a very sweet gesture. We loved the amazing shower and the space. Both of the dogs loved going around the field. Thank you for the warm welcome we loved it.

Wonderful accomodation to go back to after a long days walking. Lovely and warm I was there in February and didn't feel the need to even use the log burner. The shower is pure heaven, the WIFI is great and there is a good size modern TV. If you enjoy walking I recommend the Tarka Trail from Croyde beach heading north also another 31 mile section ofRead more the trail which runs from Braunton to Meeth Halt. The Workshop is a very well equipped and comfortable cottage. Stylish and comfortable with everything you need to escape to the country. The fields next to the property are perfecting for walking the dogs, so are the nearby forests. A lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.
