Exbury gardens is only a 15 minute drive from the property and The Bucklers Hard Story and Maritime Museum are all close by, or jump on the Isle of Wight ferry at Lymington for a fantastic day out.

The bright and spacious open plan living area has floor to ceiling glazed windows and sliding doors which let the natural light stream in and open up to the large deck, perfect for a spot of stargazing, yoga or alfresco dining. The stylish lounge has tranquil mood lighting, a flame effect fire, and all the mod cons you may require, as well as a dining table looking out across the trees which creates the perfect proposal setting. Equipped with all the essentials, the kitchen boasts panoramic views over the river and a relaxed breakfast bar for enjoying morning coffee, and even a pair of binoculars for keen bird watchers. When it’s time to settle down for the night, the double bed with memory foam mattress and topper provides a peaceful night’s sleep and you’ll find dressing gowns and complimentary slippers in the wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, heated towel rail and sink. There is a separate WC.
On the ground level is a utility room and secure storage area for bikes. Here you’ll find utility essentials from a washing machine to dryer, a fridge/freezer, pegs and an ironing board as well as spare wellies, umbrellas, and an outside tap for washing muddy boots and bikes down. Heading outside of the property there are unfenced grounds left in their natural state to encourage wildlife and guests are welcome to explore.
